Welcome to Onirala. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Onirala. Onirala operates this store and website, including all information, content, features, tools, products and related services (the "Services"). Onirala is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

The terms below, together with the policies referred to in them (these "Terms of Service"), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. You confirm that your purchases are for personal or household use and not for commercial resale.

Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice. The price charged is the one in force at the time the order is placed, as shown in the confirmation email.

All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance or events beyond our control. Published delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy.

SECTION 8 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Onirala is powered by Shopify. All sales and purchases made in our store are made directly with Onirala. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of a sale between you and Onirala.

SECTION 9 - PRIVACY

All personal information we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 10 - REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK

If you submit ideas, suggestions, reviews or other content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish and distribute it in any medium.

SECTION 11 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

Information on the Services may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, prices or availability. We reserve the right to correct any error and to update information at any time without notice.

You benefit from the statutory guarantee of conformity (articles L. 217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code) and from the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code). If you are a consumer resident outside France, you also keep the benefit of any mandatory statutory guarantees of your country of residence.

To the extent permitted by law, and without prejudice to the statutory guarantees above, Onirala shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from use of the Services.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unlawful or unenforceable, it will be severed from these Terms without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Services.

SECTION 17 - GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms of Service are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. In accordance with article L. 612-1 of the French Consumer Code, you may use the consumer mediation service free of charge; its details are given in our Legal Notice. Consumers resident in the European Union may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform. Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence.

SECTION 18 - CHANGES

We reserve the right to update or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
