Shipping policy

Order processing

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours of payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery times

We ship from our partner warehouses worldwide. Estimated delivery times, from the date of dispatch, are as follows:

France: 7 to 10 business days
Europe: 10 to 20 business days
Rest of the world: 15 to 30 business days

These times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, carriers or events beyond our control.

Shipping costs

Tracked delivery is free on all orders, with no minimum spend.

Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number so you can follow your parcel in real time.

Lost or damaged orders

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of the dispatch date at ecommercebasti@proton.me. We will do what is needed to resolve the problem quickly.

Customs and import duties

For orders delivered outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country of residence. These charges are payable by the customer and are outside Onirala's control.
